Charlene is the founder and pastor of Issues of Life Church Ministries in Aurora, Colorado also known as "The Light House" which launched on September 28, 2014. She serves alongside with her husband Louis G. Howard, Jr. Charlene has also founded the Colorado Alliance of Women in Ministry that reaches out to women, especially those called to preach the gospel.

Vernell is the senior pastor of Issues of Life Church Ministries of Colorado Springs, Colorado. She and her husband, Audie D. Murphy, were ordained and began the new church plant in June 2011. Vernell joined Issues of Life International Ministries with the vision and drive to improve upon our Organization, and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity.

BISHOP FELIX NYARIKI
Overseer of Issues of Life International Ministries of Kenya
Bishop Felix is an anointed preacher and church planter called to transform the lives of men and women in local communities. He oversees more than 15 churches in Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania. Felix's involvement locally in Kisii, Kenya has led him to start an orphanage which consequently led to the opening of a primary school. His call is broad and his reach has now extended to the U.S. Issues of Life International Ministries of Kenya includes the Kingdom Heritage Children's Home, the King's Mercy Academy, Issues of Life Church Ministries of Kenya and the Elwynda Kowan Brown Women's Enterprise Ministry. All of these ministries are located in Kisii, Kenya at the IOLIM Kenya Missions Center where he and his family lives on-site.
Felix is married to his lovely wife, Sarah, and they have 3 beautiful children, Eugene, Harriet and Monica.
